SUGAR COATED PECANS

recipe makes 1 pound

1 egg white  (I used egg beaters egg whites)

1 tablespoon water

1 pound pecan halves

1 cup white sugar

3/4 teaspoon salt (I never add salt)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
