Monkey Bread

Ingredients

3/4 Cup Sugar

2 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 Cup packed Brown Sugar

3/4 C Butter- melted 

4 cans refrigerated Biscuits (or you can make you own)

Directions:

Grease or Spray Bundt cake pan/Circle cake pan.

Mix white sugar and cinnamon in 1 gallon ziplock bag. 

Cut each biscuit into quarters. Shake quarters in bag to throughly coat.

Stack quarters on stop each other in a repetitve circle pattern in pan. 

Mix Butter and brown sugar then pour over biscuit pieces. 


Bake 40-45 mins @ 350 or until Golden Brown. 

Let Cool for 5 minuten Turn upside down onto plate and serve warm

I sometimes add a layer of chopped nuts (pecan, walnuts) to bottom of pan before starting to place the biscuits into the pan. I have already added some maple syrup or molasses to bottom also for that sticky, messy, delicious bottom.

Even better than trying to stack in a circle to bake, Place pieces in a tube (angle food cake) pan and bake as directed. It is SOOOOO GOOD !
